Book Description

Genre: New Adult. Intended for mature audiences.

What happens when two people who don’t believe in love, happen to fall madly into the most beautiful relationship they could ever imagine? A train wreck.

When twenty-year-old Kendall Jordan transfers clear across country to Garrison University, the last thing she’s looking for is a one-night stand. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what, gorgeous, Cruise Elton offers.

Kendall has long since come to realize that love is an illusion that never lasts, and Cruise couldn’t agree more—but something deep inside her wants him all for herself. So, Kendall devises a seat of the pants plan to “play the player” and proposes that Cruise tutor her in becoming a female version of himself, Garrison University’s own playboy.

Real feelings begin to emerge, and neither Kendall nor Cruise know how to classify them. Everything they once thought they knew is redefined as they discover, in one another, Someone to Love.

My Review
(Thank you to the Author, for providing a Review Copy).

Someone To Love was a really good New Adult Read. I felt there were intriguing, conflicting, and hot, hot scenes :) The story itself was one that had me turning the pages. Kendall, or 'Kenny' as Cruise calls her, gets a scholarship to start off the spring semester, at an east coast university, and her first night in Massachusetts, she meets and spends the night at Cruise's home, but it's not what you think. You gotta read about this living situation yourself, and what I found interesting, is Kendall's ideas of being a player, like Cruise is, and she wants him to teach her his ways, so she can just cruise on by with different guys, as Cruise does, with the ladies. But...does that happen? Or does something happen between these two, that brings out the word: Love? Something they thought they would never feel in the present? Well, with this in mind, and as you read the terrific writing style, I believe you will be reeled into this exciting and all around lovely story, so I hope you enjoy, just as much as I did! :)

My Rating: 4.5/5
I say a Strong PG-13 Rating (Some Mature Language & Sexual Content)
*I recommend Ages 17-18+*
