New Update!

Hello everyone. All of my Reviews, that I have yet to write, will be posted sporadically during the summer. After the end of this summer, I will not be posting on here anymore, as you will see the info on the right side of the blog.
Thanks for your understanding.

Feature & Follow *10*

Feature & Follow is a blog hop hosted by Parajunkee & Alison Can Read. The purpose is to meet people and gain more followers in the book blogging community.

Q: What New Years Blogging or Writing resolution have you placed on yourself?

First, I just wanna say, "Happy New Year Everyone!" :)

Now, this is a very good Q. I actually don't do resolutions. I just think them as goals, stuff that I really want to do and will do them, and I can start at anytime, instead of in the New Year.

This is what I have done and I'm still continuing to accomplish now:

Blogging wise, I think just getting better organized with my day planner, and making lists for this and that would be really helpful for me. Also, with that, it would just help with time management with other things I have going on, including school and other things, so yeah.

With that, I would definitely have some time to write. Yes, for about 4-5 years, since a sophomore in high school, I've had two notebooks filled with ideas for books. This past summer, I picked 5-7 different stories, that have different sets of characters and plots. Now, I'm really excited, because I have 1 story that I have had in my head since the summer, and now I'm in the outline process, and it's been so great, to have the experience as a blogger, because I have learned so much, including new genres. I remember even two years ago, I thought about what my future stories, would fit into, because I've wanted to write about characters that are my age, late teens to early 20s, and I'm so glad now, that there is 'New Adult' because it's just so ideally perfect for my work in progress and future projects, so for this New Year, I'm also going to just concentrate on this story, and I'm happy where it's going thus far :)

(Oh And I just wanted to post one of my favorite Quotes, so that's why there's the Pic.)

Now, what are your Blogging/Writing Resolutions?

Lovely blog you have here! I've tried using daily planners and things, but I always end up thinking, "Oh, I don't need to write that down - I'll just remember"... and then never do!

  19. Hi Marissa. Love your blog too! I love the background photo. Great idea and very nice. I am hoping one day soon to finish my reading room with shelves. Thank you for stopping by and following. I am now following you back and added you to my Delicious Blogs I follow. I also have a blogger day planner and love it. I suck at resolutions. Never follow through. I figured the "About Me" is easest enough to accomplish. Lets see if I have it done by next year. Haha. Thank you for having Unbeautifully by Madeline Sheehan cover on you sidebar. Had to check it out. Lovely cover caught my attention. From that I bought Undeniable and just made a post, Sexy Series giving you credit Sexy Series

    Have a great weekend

  29. I've tried to outline before, and it doesn't really help me much. What I end up doing is writing scenes I know I want to happen in my book and that helps me with writer's block. Usually.
